Q: What is the age group for our center?

We accept children from the ages of 18 months to 6 years old.

Q: How long does it take my child to enroll?

All children require assessment and approval from their insurance to start services. The overall process can take 4–6 weeks.

Q: How long is the waitlist?

Currently there is no waitlist at our center location.

Q: Does my child need an autism diagnosis for ABA services?

Usually, yes. In California, while an Autism diagnosis isn’t strictly required to receive ABA therapy, it’s often necessary for insurance coverage. If you are unsure about your child’s diagnosis or coverage for ABA services, please feel free to contact our intake department (cas.intake@ssg-healthcare.com or call 1-877-900-6497) to help coordinate a referral.

Q: Do we offer center tours?

Yes! You are always welcome to tour our facility! Please contact our intake department (1-877-900-6497) to schedule a tour with our Clinical Manager.

Q: Do we provide a Summer Intensive Program?

Enrollment for Summer 2025 is now closed. Please stay tuned for Summer 2026 dates and locations.

Brianne Fredericks

MS., BCBA, LABA

Regional Clinical Director

Brianne is currently a Regional Clinical Director with CAS and is the acting Center Manager for the Nashua Center. She has a master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, completing her training and mentorship at the New England Center for Children where she worked across residential, home-based and preschool programs. Brianne has a passion for joint attention programming and the establishment of pivot skills necessary for the development of spoken language, publishing research on this topic in 2022. In addition to supporting staff and clients in center-based programs, Brianne also supports teams in local school districts with the implementation positive behavioral supports across MTSS-B.

Katie Ward

M.S., BCBA, LABA

Center Clinical Manager

Katie Ward is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree in behavior analysis and a deep commitment to high-quality, ethical care. She has worked in residential, clinic, home, and school-based settings since entering the field in 2018.

As Center Clinical Manager, Katie provides clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to her team, fostering a collaborative environment grounded in integrity, growth, and evidence-based practice. Katie is passionate about building a culture of clinical excellence, ongoing learning, and compassionate care. She is especially driven by the goal of increasing communication for clients so they can confidently advocate for themselves and their needs.

Our centers follow a play-based model where children learn through play in individual and group settings, including indoor/outdoor playgrounds, a preschool-style classroom, and open play areas with toys like train sets, a play kitchen, and costumes.

Similar to traditional childcare, our schedule includes play, snacks, meals, small group activities (circle time, crafts, imaginative play), and naps. What sets us apart is that each child is paired with a behavior technician who implements a personalized treatment plan under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, fostering communication, social skills, play, attention, and independence. Our centers are fun, engaging, and child-motivated!
