Referral Program
Refer a friend and get rewarded. It's a win-win!
Payout Amounts:
- All full-time positions receive $1,000 after 90 days of employment (e.g. BCBA, SLP, PSY, etc.).
- RBTs, Behavioral Technicians, and Mental Health Associates receive $250 after 90 days of employment.
How Payments are Issued
- Employees of CAS/SSG: After your referral has reached 90 days of employment, the referral amount will be in your following paycheck. Any Bonuses are taxed at a supplemental rate per IRS guidelines. If you are enrolled in our 401K plan, that will also be taken out.
- Non-CAS/SSG Employees: Checks and/or giftcards are mailed monthly once you return the required forms to complete your setup.
Referrals are valid for 90 days. After 90 days, if no conversations towards hire are made, it no longer qualifies for a payment. If your referral is hired, you will be paid 90 days after the referral's start date.
- Payments are issued by CAS/SSG
- There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be submitted.
- You do not need to be an employee with CAS/SSG to submit a referral.
- CAS/SSG reserves the right to change or modify its referral fee payments at any time.
