Center Clinical Manager

Cassie began working in the field of ABA in 2014 after finishing her master’s degree in clinical psychology. She has worked with children, teens, families, and adults doing mental health therapy and obtained her LMFT in 2017. While continuing to develop a love for working with autistic individuals doing ABA, she earned her BCBA in 2018. Cassie has enjoyed working with young children, teens, adults in multiple settings and is passionate about individualizing treatment and educating parents. Cassie has extensive experience in providing therapeutic and ABA services to autistic individuals. Cassie is excited about leading the Santa Barbara center and connecting with the community. In her free time, Cassie enjoys spending time with her 2 children and husband, baking, attending her book club, and getting outdoors with her family.

How do you measure progress?

In collaboration with you as parent/caregiver, our team designs an individualized care plan for your child with goals that are specific to their areas of need at intake and on-going. Your Clinical Supervisor and Behavior Technicians record data on a day-to-day basis on your child's progress on their goals. Our team will review progress with you in regular caregiver consult meetings and a full progress report is written every 6 months. Your input as parent/caregiver is an essential part of the assessment and progress reporting process, as we together identify goals and support your child's learning.
