Ryan Geller

M.A., BCBA

Center Clinical Manager

Ryan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for improving lives through applied behavior analysis. He began his career in 2014 as a behavior technician and, inspired by mentorship, pursued BCBA certification after earning his undergraduate degree in 2017. Ryan gained hands-on experience working with individuals aged 7 to 23 while completing his master’s degree and accruing supervised hours. Since becoming a BCBA in 2021, he has received specialized training in Skills-based Treatment, Practical Functional Assessment, and Pivotal Response Treatment. He currently focuses on early intervention with clients aged 2 to 7, striving for meaningful, socially significant outcomes.

How do you measure progress?

In collaboration with you as parent/caregiver, our team designs an individualized care plan for your child with goals that are specific to their areas of need at intake and on-going. Your Clinical Supervisor and Behavior Technicians record data on a day-to-day basis on your child's progress on their goals. Our team will review progress with you in regular caregiver consult meetings and a full progress report is written every 6 months. Your input as parent/caregiver is an essential part of the assessment and progress reporting process, as we together identify goals and support your child's learning.
