Center Clinical Manager

Jacqueline has devoted her career to supporting children and families affected by autism and developmental challenges. Her passion for advocacy began in her local community and grew through experiences in special education classrooms, ABA programs, and international volunteer work. After earning her master’s degree in 2017 and becoming a BCBA in 2018, Jacqueline now runs the CAS Autism Learning Center in Oxnard—a bilingual autism center committed to delivering culturally appropriate services for both English and Spanish-speaking families.
She is passionate about community outreach, regularly participating in events and offering free educational presentations in Spanish to increase autism awareness and support. Jacqueline finds deep fulfillment in seeing children thrive through quality ABA services and is driven by the impact these services have on families’ lives.

How do you measure progress?

In collaboration with you as parent/caregiver, our team designs an individualized care plan for your child with goals that are specific to their areas of need at intake and on-going. Your Clinical Supervisor and Behavior Technicians record data on a day-to-day basis on your child's progress on their goals. Our team will review progress with you in regular caregiver consult meetings and a full progress report is written every 6 months. Your input as parent/caregiver is an essential part of the assessment and progress reporting process, as we together identify goals and support your child's learning.
