Center Clinical Manager

Anna started in the field of applied behavior analysis in 2019 as a Registered Behavior Technician. Anna quickly became very passionate about working 1:1 with children and sought to deliver the highest quality of care in any capacity she was employed in. As a result, in 2022, she obtained her masters degree in applied behavior analysis with a concentration in autism spectrum disorder and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Anna has worked with a wide range of children starting as young as 2 years old in the early intervention phase all the way throughout the young adult age which focused more on group and community based skills. As not only a BCBA but also a mom to 3 children, Anna is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and learn skills that promote both independence and confidence!

Our centers follow a play-based model where children learn through play in individual and group settings, including indoor/outdoor playgrounds, a preschool-style classroom, and open play areas with toys like train sets, a play kitchen, and costumes.

Similar to traditional childcare, our schedule includes play, snacks, meals, small group activities (circle time, crafts, imaginative play), and naps. What sets us apart is that each child is paired with a behavior technician who implements a personalized treatment plan under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, fostering communication, social skills, play, attention, and independence. Our centers are fun, engaging, and child-motivated!
