Kathryne Finch

Center Clinical Manager

Kathryne began her journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2013 as a behavior technician and went on to earn her Master’s Degree and became a BCBA in 2017. Kathryne has worked with autistic individuals ranging from age of diagnosis through adulthood in multiple settings including schools, home and centers. She is very passionate about implementing compassionate and trauma informed care that places the child’s needs as highest priority. She has training and experience in using Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), social skills, and treating maladaptive behaviors using Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills Behavior Treatment (SBT). Kathryne values providing high-quality services, connecting with the community and watching her clients and center grow.

How do you measure progress?

In collaboration with you as parent/caregiver, our team designs an individualized care plan for your child with goals that are specific to their areas of need at intake and on-going. Your Clinical Supervisor and Behavior Technicians record data on a day-to-day basis on your child's progress on their goals. Our team will review progress with you in regular caregiver consult meetings and a full progress report is written every 6 months. Your input as parent/caregiver is an essential part of the assessment and progress reporting process, as we together identify goals and support your child's learning.
