Brittany is the new Regional Director of Clinical Services. She manages clinical and district relationships throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. As a manager, she establishes a sense of community, unity, and cohesion amongst the area clinicians and their respective districts. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, her approach to care includes comprehensive assessment, collaborative intervention, building strong relationships with her IEP team, and therapeutic integrity through the use of evidence-based practice.
LINDA K. PIPPERT,M.A., CCC-SLP, MBA

For the past eight years Linda has led the Clinical Department. She participates in clinical interviews, trains new staff and supervisors, tracks clinical resources for all staff, supports clinical staff in all aspects of clinical practice. Her experience includes director and manager of clinical rehabilitation staff in medical and educational settings. In recognition of professional accomplishment, the California Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CSHA) awarded her the Fellow of the Association in 2001 and Honors of the Association in 2004. She is the current Treasurer of CSHA.
JENNIE DELLI FRAINE, MOT, OTR/L
Regional Director, OT Mentor/UPP
Jennie is our Regional Director and OT Mentor throughout CA. She also heads up our University Partners Program partnering with schools and setting up greet & meets with the graduating students. Jennie created and now currently leads the Technology Collaborative for her school district, which allows teachers, therapists and administrators to come together and share how they are using technology, specifically iPads, within the classroom and in therapy.

Program Manager, Corona Norco
Melissa leads a team of OTs and PTs to not only promote quality intervention services but also to maintain cohesive collaboration with the district’s needs. She also has been maintaining positive and effective relationships with the Corona-Norco district administrators, while serving as the lead contact to ensure that the district’s policies/procedures are implemented by each clinician.

Jim Davis has dual roles at MTC as he is also the Director of Clinical Services for Pathways to Speech, our early intervention subsidiary. Jim provides direct therapy services, mentoring and supervision, as well as recruitment and market/program development throughout the Southern California region. He comes with a vast knowledge of therapeutic strategies and effective intervention and has a passion for working with children.

Amarilys relocated to Florida from Puerto Rico in 2007. She has a diverse work experience in a variety of settings, including private practice, early intervention, home health, and public schools. Ama enjoys the camaraderie between professional colleagues, Speech-Language Pathologists and teachers in the school setting and strives to make a positive impact on her students.
NICOLE CORIN, M.S., CCC-SLP

Nicole has been a practicing speech pathologist with MyTherapyCompany since 2009. She has been providing school-based therapy as well as early intervention services in the Los Angeles area for over six years. She acts as the liaison between MTC therapists working within Los Angeles Unified School District and district program administrators. Nicole also leads the early intervention program through our subsidiary, Pathways to Speech, for the greater Los Angeles area.

Jamie has over fifteen years of experience as a school-based speech-language pathologist where she has worked with students of all ages and areas of need. She currently serves as the Field Manager for Shelby County Schools in Memphis, Tennessee where she loves to mentor new grads!
Sarah Jordan, M.A. CCC-SLP
Clinical SLP Manager
Sarah joined Staffing Options and Solutions in 2000 for her CF experience. She has provided services to schools, early intervention, correctional facilities, nursing homes, outpatient and mental health facilities. For the past 13 years, in the SOS corporate office, she has been providing clinical support to all of the SLP staff, with emphasis on clinical fellows. Combined with her 12 yrs. of experience as an ASHA CF Mentor, She helps transition clinical fellows from students to professionals. She understands caseload demands and strives to meet the needs of the SLP staff. She is a reliable mentor, sounding board and experienced resource every SLP needs.

Brittany has worked as a School Psychologist since February 2013. She was recently named a Field Manager for my district. She’s currently working at a middle school where she also supports the Emotional Support Classroom. Prior to working for us, Brittany worked with individuals with chronic mental health issues for over five years.
Lyn Dee Harrelson, M.A. CCC-SLP

Lyn has over 15 years of experience as a school-based speech language pathologist. Much of her experience has been working with low-verbal students and collaborating with a team to support the unique needs of students with autism in a school setting. She has used her Hanen training to support families and children she has worked with over the years and has experience as part of a comprehensive preschool assessment team working with other specialists and professionals to evaluate the needs of students as they transition to an educational setting. Lyn Dee was also part of a professional collaboration to develop a social skills program to support the Los Angeles Unified speech and language department. She joined MTC in 2009 and has mentored several clinical fellows along with supervising speech therapy assistants for many years prior to joining the Field Management team.

Mandy has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area her whole life. Her experience includes working as an occupational therapist and a developmental specialist with the early intervention population (ages 0-3) in both home and center-based and as a school-based occupational therapist. She mentors, trains and supports OT staff assigned to SJUSD.

As a Clinical Coordinator throughout northern California, Jen provides support for special education professionals (including school psychologists, special education teachers, and school-based therapists). As a clinical resource and an integral part of the Field Management team, she oversees the implementation of quality service delivery, conduct clinical interviews, create and deliver webinars based on latest research, serve as the liaison between the school district and MTC, and hold staff meetings. Before studying school psychology, she taught Spanish Immersion in public schools.
Megan Kimmel, M.S. CCC-SLP
New Grad Liaison
Megan began her employment with Staffing Options and Solutions in 2012 working as a bilingual CF-SLP in the public schools. In 2014, she also joined the SOS corporate team as the first SOS Bilingual Consultant, providing mentorship to bilingual CFs. As a second language learner and deep lover of other cultures, Megan finds significant value from having strong, bilingual mentors in her own professional career and strives to provide the same quality relationship to other SOS bilingual team members as they transition into their professional careers. Having personally experienced the demands of a bilingual caseload, she supports, resources, and coaches other bilingual SLPs as they rise to the unique challenges of providing bilingual SLP services.

Michele has been a Speech Language Pathologist in the schools since 2004. She has worked with a wide variety of age groups, populations and settings in the schools. In 2012, Michele began to work for MTC as a school based SLP. In 2016, she joined the Clinical Leadership Team. She is currently one of the Clinical Coordinators for Northern California and West Coast Region. Michele currently works in a Moderate-Severe Special Day Class setting where she collaborates with other professionals to provide students with the best education possible. She also enjoys providing supervision to new graduates during their Clinical Fellowship Year. She is committed to providing CF's with the support and guidance they need to earn their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs).
Emily Parfait, M.A., CCC-SLP
Emily holds more than a decade of clinical expertise and professional experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Before relocating to California in 2016, she practiced in New York City for 9 years, as well as in New Orleans and Austin, TX. Throughout her career she has served as a clinical supervisor and service provider within medical, home-health and academic settings for individuals of all ages with a vast range of communication, social-cognition and swallowing/feeding deficits. In her current role as Clinical Coordinator/SLP Supervisor/Mentor in Northern California, Emily provides clinical guidance, support, supervision and mentorship for both RPE/CF and licensed Stepping Stones Group therapists across multiple school districts.
Betsy Doss, M.Ed.

Betsy has worked in public education in California since 1978. Betsy has held positions as a Speech Pathologist, Special Day Class teacher and school site and District Administrator. During her career, Betsy served students from preschool through High School. Most recently, Betsy served as the Director of Special Education for San Jose Unified School District and retired from that position in July 2016.

Benita has been working with Cumberland Therapy Services since 2005 in Dayton, Ohio. She currently supervises Speech Language Pathologists in Dayton Public Schools. She provides school based Speech Therapy and serves in a variety of settings from Preschool through High School. She is a supervisor for new graduates as well as coordinator and mentor for current staff. She has been a Speech Language Pathologist since 1995.
